No. As a coach my aim is to help you focus on improving your future experiences; building your confidence; taking control, responsibility and ownership of your life. Which is very different to a counsellor and therapist. They also work with you on your future goals but they do so much more. They focus on helping you with your past experiences and trauma; how to deal with them and initiate the healing process, a coach does not deal with trauma and the healing process.

I'm afraid not. The role of a coach is to guide you. As everyone is different, the solutions to each problem will be different. A coach's job is to provide guidance, support and to use tailored questions to help you gain clarity. There is no one size fits all.

A lot of coaches require you to book 3-6 months at a time, I don't. This means that there should be no need to cancel but if something does come up we can always rearrange as long as you give reasonable notice of 48hrs.

Yes and no, it depends how ready and willing you are. You have to be ready to talk. You have to be ready to explore other options. You have to be ready to take responsibility. And only you can take the action you need to make initiate change and move forward. If you've said no any of the above then a coach is probably not for you.
